The Zadkiel C&C - Team is convinced that a healthy work & life environment is based on a balance of "giving & taking"! Therefore it is one of our values to "give something back" in free services. Our pro bono services & voucher, we offer regularly, are primarily for Start-Ups, small & middle size companies facing challenging economic or political circumstances and young entrepreneurs working in less developed markets.

As this year end and holidays will be much different and this season is for many people around the globe challenging, we decided to offer that Coaching not just to companies but also to  single persons - but in corporate manner.

Based on the Corona Crisis we offer the first 5 companies reaching out to us and matching the selection criteria consulting support for free!

Selection Criteria: small business and companies of up to around 50 employees; located in a highly affected country (/or Africa); who are already in the middle of an existence-risking-business situation.
