CONSULTING: LONG - TERM PROJECT ASSIGNMENTS
This are assignments with the focus on supporting or driving projects, subprojects or strategic topics in our customer companies.
We act in many cases as kind of an "interim" what means we work 3-5 days a week at the customers facility fully integrated in their work environment for 6 - 24 months.

Shadow Consulting
Shadow consulting means we support just 1 PERSON or a very SMALL GROUP of stakeholder in a company. We are working mainly in the background - means in our offices or remotely - and visit the customers company just occasionally if needed. The wish of our customers is here to be invisible and limit the group of people.
Our costumer rely on us and our confidentiality mainly for sensitive topics, highly strategic, senior management support or projects in an early planning & "definition" phase.
Short term/ Part time Assignments
This are assignments to special topics and projects with the focus of a competent support for a short time means weeks - 6 months, or a long-term but just very few hours per week/months.
Project Management and Support as a short term or part time are assignments are ideal for subproject - lead assignments, short term projects, consulting support focus on a defined limited topic, issue/question or business activity.
